My second tattoo. It is the scientific structure of serotonin, a chemical found in the brain that produces happy and joyful feelings. It reminds me that happiness is always possible because it is literally built into us. My Dads a scientist so it is dedicated to him as well.

I got this at Cheshire Ink in Wilmslow Manchester as a late 18th present. I designed this originally within a drawing (http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4oeqmFNlE1qz7t0xo1_1280.jpg)and then decided to get it tattooed last minute.

I got my artwork tattooed on me because I could never regret putting a piece of me in ink. I sell art, I give away art and I lose art and I just find something sweet about it being permanent.
The Narwhal was actually a symbolism about me growing up being bullied. I see the Narwhals to be beautiful and mystical and nobody really understands them. I guess it’s the first step of my sleeve, and I wanted to start with growing up being different to most kids, and being outcasted for that in the playground and the classroom. Now I embrace it.
